The room at Pinehill Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. As a low-budget traveler, I really appreciated the free toiletries and bidet in the private bathroom. The air-conditioned room had all the amenities I needed, including a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. Some of the rooms even had a terrace, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.

Personally, I found the private entrance in the triple room a bit inconvenient.

The rooms are great value for money and big and have magnificent views. It has absolutely kind employees. The hotel is on a favourable location adjacent to seogwipo old port, Close to bus stops, and shops and restaurants. There is Dae Hyang near the property, had dinner there.

Our favourite, low-budget hotel in Jeju with very kind and GOOD staff. Beautiful rooms and good breakfast available. Decent place for exploring Jeju.

The bed in my room at Hotel Pinehill was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the floor had a heating system, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking. The Japanese-style toilet was a unique touch, and the hot water in the shower was much appreciated. The WiFi was also reliable for my needs.

I would have liked to see a cupboard and more hangers provided in the room.

I always come back to Pinehill Hotel. The staff returned my lost sim cards during my first stay, which I remember. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, electric kettle. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Modern hotel in a downtown area near the bus stop that can go anywhere, Seugwipo museums/ attraction, and the market place. Good sleep in an extremely comfy bed, beautiful and cozy room. Breakfast with good coffee and also toast bread.

The ideal location of this hotel means you don't require transportation as it is walking distance from centres of attractions and near bus stations. The location is nestled down the central mountain, providing a peaceful stay away from the city buzz. The hotel rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and have beautiful views of nature. The hotel facilities include comfortable seating areas, a games room, gym, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home.

One minor downside is the limited variety of food options near the hotel, but it is nothing a short walk to the market place can't solve.

There were plenty of eateries, convenience stores, and bus stops nearby. The hotel served an early breakfast and had beautiful decorations in the public areas. The air-conditioning worked well.
